Arby's - Payson

Great food. Always patient with us. My wife's go to for fast food.

They are stingy on the Arby's sauce, but we love their food!

The drive thru really needs someone who Iikes what they do. No customer service at all. Disappointed.

Service was horrible. Amy ignored me and then when someone did take my order it wasn’t right. Told Amy and they made my sandwich and she she slapped it on the table, no apology. She was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. If she hates her job that bad then find another one. We stop here all the time. If you don’t do something about Amy’s attitude that may be our last stop to that Arbys.

The chicken strips were very bland and old. The Buffalo chicken sandwich looked like it was thrown together and then dropped on the floor.
