Le Medieval - Pays de Belvès

Friendly welcome. I was lucky enough to have a huge Royal Daurade. Don't hesitate to stop.

Warm welcome, generous cuisine, friendly atmosphere. We stopped there a first time by harsard, and returned there the next day in soul and consciousness. There are restaurants that love people and the kitchen! I highly recommend.

Despite being fully booked, the lady who greeted us soon whisked an extra table and chairs out for us and sat us down. We ordered the entrecôte and veal whilst the children both opted for fish and chips. Not a scrap of food was left...on our table both meats were tender, tasty and perfectly cooked and the fish was also good. The chips and salad are often a poor side, but not here both of these were excellent. Despite having hardly any room for dessert, we still squeezed in some ice cream, a tarte tatin and chocolate fondant between us. The lady who served us was very warm, welcoming and great with the children and the bill was very reasonable. Hope we get time to go back again before we have to go home.
