Amy's Grill - Pauls Valley

Loved the meal, but was given their old menu. We ordered and when the check came they charged us $12 more. Manager would only give 10% off. Bad way to do business. Menu said $19.99 but charged 2$25.99 for each.

This place seemed so promising when we first arrived. It was homey and had a beautiful patio area but I was really disappointed with the food. My pot roast had a reheated taste to it and my husband's hamburger steak was clearly a frozen patty. We both had green beans that were served lukewarm and rubbery. It was not worth the price at around $14 a plate! The owner was talking nearby about how they were struggling with sales and I just wanted to tell her that maybe the food quality and prices were the reason. I just don't understand when people want to take the time to open a restaurant but not take the time to serve good food that gives people a reason to come back.

Wow just got the hamburger steak with onions and mushroom and it was amazing!! You can truely tell they take pride in there food presentation was a 10 and taste was a 15 great job Amy

Sat for about 45 minutes to get our food. 1 waitress for the WHOLE place. Food was ok I guess but not for the wait or the price. I won't ever EVER come back.

Very disappointed, sat for over a half hour being totally ignored by the wait staff. When I finally caught the attention of a waiter and asked if anyone was going to wait on me he acted as if he was put out to have to serve me. After being ignored and then getting that kind of attitude I ha enough and walked out!
