La Reyna Market - Paso Robles

Drove past and smells the chicken on the outdoor wheels and I had to stop at this amazing place. Was sure that the food would be good because of the authenticity of the place and what seemed a strong hispanic customer base. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered steak tacos, chicken tacos and a tamale. All were very good. The meat was smoked on the flat top while the tortillas were heated. Only the correct amount of onions cilantro and ingenious salsa we added to make the prefect tacos! The food was so good and the people so nice we went back the next day. We could not order from the meat counter, but will come back as it looked amazing.

I usually order over GrubHub for the sweet maize, because these are very good. This last time I ordered a jalapeño and cheese tamale, but they gave me a full chicken. Luckily I'm not a vegetarian and the chicken was good, but I would be more conscious if I were her, because a mistake like that could really be a problem later if she prepared a job for someone who can't eat meat or not.

This place has THE BEST Burritos in town. All ingredients are authentic and their staff are always friendly.

Super good tacos. I'm not sure, but they seem particularly good when they're done outside in the little Taco stand. Very nice people work there. Enrique was particularly helpful. He's a good guy.
