Wendy's - Pasco

The service was okay, but a bit slow. The restaurant is known for their large portion sizes, but the two orders we received were not crispy or hot. The fries were cold and soggy. They were supposed to be large, but we only received half a portion. I usually love their taco salads and that is the only thing I usually order, but this time I wanted to try the fries again. Never again.

The service is awful. They make you wait for 40 minutes. The staff never seem happy during peak hours from 11am to 2pm. The food is just average, like Wendy's.

I work with doordash and I have to give an honest review on this place I would have given them a five-star but I have to give them a 3 the staff was nice and was willing to help me but their computer was messing up and my order for my customer was showing up it was not paid but it was paid on the other end when I called doordash thankfully I was able to complete the order after contacting doordash

Customer service was horrible this is the 2nd time that this happens I gave This locationanother chance by going a second time I will never again come back to this Wendy's !!!!!

I placed an order at Wendy's and the fries were excellent. After going through the drive-thru, I brought the food to a friend's house just 4-5 blocks away. Surprisingly, the food was still very warm, almost hot, when we got there. It was the perfect timing to finally dig in. I would definitely recommend Wendy's to anyone who enjoys fast, delicious food.
