Pinocchio's Pizza - Pasadena

We decided to go out to dinner and tried Pinocchio's for happy hour. The Lasagna was awesome and so was the shrimp pasta. We have dined there several times now and haven't been disappointed. We will definitely be back.

The server needs to pay attention to what the customer is ordering!

While the food was great upon arriving I learned that the restaurant does not look at open table reservations. I had a party of 9 with me so naturally I made reservations; which were never received by the restaurant so we had to wait for 30 minutes for a table. Waitress took a long time to come up to table to take order and food took equally as long. Luckily the food was delicious once it arrived and my party was extremely happy. Overall I would give the restaurant an A for their food and a C at best for their service.

The calamari tasted like chicken, the pasta dishes had thin weak sauce, one got sick on the lobster ravioli, and my marsala chicken dish was very oily. Do you have a new chef? I won't be back!!
