Whole Foods Market Foothill - Pasadena

I love shopping at this Whole Foods store. It's a large location with everything you could need, including a fresh smoothie bar.

During our stop in Pasadena, we found this restaurant easily accessible from the 210 freeway. Upon entering, we noticed a separate coffee bar located at the front near the produce section, which was quite spacious. The rest of the restaurant was quite large, with a wide variety of vegan options available in every department except for the hot bar area. My companion, Dirk, particularly enjoyed the vegan ice cream selection. However, we were disappointed to see a TV playing "humane nonsense" in the meat section, which I unfortunately had to pass by after leaving the produce section (a common layout at Whole Foods).

I was quite surprised by how unhealthy this Whole Foods store was. There weren't many healthy options available. We went to the sandwich bar and bought our own hummus from the store, Cedars oil-free, and had them add it to our custom veggie sandwiches. It's possible to bring items from the shelves and have the sandwich and pizza staff incorporate them into your meal at Whole Foods.

Whole foods is an experience. the Foothill/Pasadena store is a suitable size, not too big, not too small. they seem to wear everything they can wish from fresh products to olive and cheese in the far away. I was in a few whole foods including the on fair oaks in pasadena, which I think has a large prepared food area. the Foothill/Pasadena store has more than the essential. the load is always busy, which is good for product turnover. but there is a reason why they call the load quite paycheck it is great, but your payment. one. they will always get quality. I'm out.
