Subway - Pasadena

Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Only two bread choices: Wheat or honey wheat. Asked for it toasted but they had already shut the toaster down for the night. Not sure if management is requesting them to do this but a customer at 9:59 is still a fullcustomer. Especially one that's there almost an hour before closing.

Chicken bacon ranch... This subway has a new type of chicken it's way more delicious than the last version. Super good.

I happened to stop by this location because I was in the area. Customer service is a negative zero because the woman didn 't greet us but instead asked what do you want? I told her I was ordering two sandwiches and I wanted the Italian herb and cheese bread and she told me that I only had a choice of white or wheat. I clearly saw other breads other than the two she offered. So I didn 't make a big deal and went with the wheat. I told her what type of sandwich I wanted and she started to cut the bread (obviously not knowing what she was doing) so she started cutting on another piece of bread. She then starts making my sandwich without asking me what I want on it. I told her what I wanted to add and she said she can 't add anything more. I then asked her what something was (garlic oil) and she said I can 't add anything because your sandwich already has a lot. Which it barley had anything on it!! Either the owner is training his staff to be cheap or he really needs to train his staff in customer service because this woman was horrible! I will NEVER visit this place again!! By the way, I left with zero sandwiches. I decided to leave. They weren 't worth my money. The two other locations in Pasadena are so much better!! Customer service is on point and they make better sandwiches. My cousin had a similar experience at this same location and hasn 't been back since. I only found that out after my told her what happened. This is obviously a normal occurrence at this location.

How is it that a store that closes at 7pm, has a hand written sign on the door that says closed for 30 minutes? Mind you this was at 3:15pm . There were a few other not too happy customers waiting outside with me as as well, I left and returned, someone was behind the counter but just pointed to the sign on the door. First of all they should never close, secondly if they do, leave a sign with an exact return time, like 3:45pm not how many minutes, because that can vary and confuse customers.

I really enjoy the ability to customize my own sandwich to suit my taste perfectly. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Plus, if you use a coupon, it makes the meal an even better bargain.
