I just love a family business and the owners of Sierra Donuts are the best! Your donuts are the old school of the best kind. You also have delicious croissants? her ham cheese and Jalapeño are dying for good.

I had the same experience as Christine: I came to pick up 2 dozen donuts for a class of first grades, and I asked if we could usually have cake donuts / sprinkle donuts... I was told that these must be stored for other customers and that I had ordered before. He went right past the cake Donuts and started packing a box with glazed donuts (the children usually don't eat). I told him I had to buy and go somewhere else. Nobody wants to pay $17 for a dozen glazed donuts. For this price, they should let you say something and not pack you with donuts that are not eaten. They were rude/short with me as if the order of 2 dozen donuts audacious. I'm not coming back.

Bad service and not clean. I came here with my baby, waited until I was in front of the display, then I asked two questions about the donuts, one of which was just the cost. The lady got impatient and started to take the order from the person behind me. I was flabbergasted how rude a shop owner or worker could be. The young man behind the counter tried to rescue the situation by helping me out after. I was going to buy two dozen but left with one donut because I was so upset. This is extremely distressing to do to a new mom. The worse thing was I saw the lady wiping her nose with the back of her hand and continue serving donuts. Gross.Perhaps only go when the lady isn't there but beware of nose wiped donuts.

Always I buy my coffee and doughnuts from other places But unfortunately I was late I come to Sierra doughnuts the cream for coffee they want to add by them self The cream already expired but when I asked to change my coffee they don't want to do it . Careful don't get food poisoning here . Not accept at all .
