Salt Straw Pasadena

I had a crazy experience there just the other night. This young kid services is. This attitude was way out. Not only the attitude but he grave the waffle cone with the napping. Which I already saw him putting his hand on the waffle cone without the napping. So I told him I wanted the a cup instead. So he decided to put it back with the with his hand. Which I think it was a no no for me. But thats me tho.

I enjoyed the ice cream there but it definitely not worth the long line and high price. TBH, you could get some much better tasted ice cream from Trader Joe’s. Waffle cone is super sweet and doesn’t taste good.

Literally the nicest most unique ice cream I've tried. Had lavender honey and salted caramel. Both flavors came through so well and didn't fade whilst eating. Will definitely go back ?

I got the gooey brownie and my friends got the snickerdoodle and their version of cookies and cream. All of them were absolutely delicious, super creamy, and mine in particular were super chocolatey rich. I've seen this chain open a few locations near me and the most recent one I saw was in Portland actually so I'm not sure if that's where it originated, but the one in Old Town Pasadena has excellent staff with young people that are super friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back here again!

Always a bit of a wait and the ice cream is okay. I think people return here because they always have unique flavors and they change every so often. It's fun to go and try something new but I would not say this is the best ice cream I've ever had. It's more for the experience.
