Mcdonald's Plattekloof - Parow

Clean, fast and efficient. No issues here up to McD standards. <br/ <br/ Once when the cashier rang up our order incorrectly, the manager immediately made a plan and added the missing items (small and simple) without hesitation and without any extra charge in my book that type of client service earns and extra STAR!

We made a turn at the McDonalds branch in Plattekloof. <br/ <br/ Front of house service was okay. We received our food very fast and the food was great.<br/ <br/ I would just like to compliment the McCafé section for the delicious coffee.

Unfortunately for my diet plans, but fortunately for my fast food cravings, this branch is located just down the road from my work. I have been here a few times and the branch is always clean, and the service quick and efficient.

Had a mix of service here. As far as mcdonalds go this branch can be a bit on the slow side. I've been short changed here before, but I doubt it was intentional. The ladies are quite friendly, and tolerant of drunks late at night. The management staff are usually quite helpful though, so if you have any issues with the food or service they are usually quick to respond and polite about it.
