Bidra med feedbackWe tried both the falafel wrap and the mujadara wrap. The wraps came in soft, fresh, fluffy bread that had just the right amount of crispness on the outside. The mujadara wrap was filled with perfectly boiled lentils, crispy fried rice that was paper-thin, and a marinated salad. We also enjoyed a spinach cake, which was encased in soft, airy dough that wasn’t heavy or soggy. The filling was flavorful, featuring chopped spinach and what seemed to be red bell pepper. Although listed as an appetizer, the cake was surprisingly filling despite its small size. The total for our two sandwiches, the rice, and the spinach cake, before tip, came to around $16. The only disappointment was the rice; it was well-seasoned but a bit overcooked and mushy. However, the service was excellent—fast, polite, and enthusiastic.
We tried the wrap sandwiches, which came with wonderfully soft, fresh bread that was pleasantly crispy on the outside. We sampled both the falafel wrap and the mujadara wrap. The mujadara was generously filled with tender, well-cooked lentils, crispy, thin-fried onions, rice, and marinated salad. Additionally, we enjoyed a spinach pie, also wrapped in fluffy dough that was soft but not soggy. The filling was delicious, featuring chopped spinach and what appeared to be red onion. Although listed as an appetizer, the pie was surprisingly filling despite its small size. Our total for two sandwiches, the rice, and the spinach pie came to about $16, excluding tip. The only downside was the rice; while it was well-seasoned, it was overcooked and mushy. On the plus side, the service was quick, excellent, courteous, and full of enthusiasm.
My favorite spot for falafel and hummus in town! The fresh garnishes really elevate the dish and make it truly perfect.
I loved this place even before I became vegan. The food is consistently fresh, and there are plenty of vegan options that keep me coming back for more.
My wife and I get carry out from the North Olmsted location nearly every week. Falafels, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves, lentils rice. Can you say fattoush? Nice veg combo plate. Good place to take critter eaters too, lol.
