Bidra med feedbackThis place was great in medina. Parma location could have a day off today. the food was cold and had to be warmed again, soda machine from most drinks. And as we wanted to pour our drinks, the worker tells us that the drinks are flat today. why were we accused of drinks when they are flat and out of half the choice. her answer was “it is from our control”, which is different from the charge for him. two thumbs down, will not be back
Mac and cheese was okay, the pulled pork and burnt ends were good with a little bbq sauce. I could definitely do without the chicken though. The dinner roll was so hard and dry that eating it was not an option beyond 2 small bites. Baked beans weren't even thoroughly cooked, they were crunchy. Rather expensive for the quality and meal portion size. I got the brownie, it was okay too, wouldn't get it again though.

Went there ordered the two meat plate got a half of a chicken breast sliced up literally five slices brisket which was four slices mostly fat not even enough meat to even taste the brisket me and my husband were standing there we're like hello anybody Here the girl was in the back sleep I could have came inside and made our food and walk out and she wouldn't even know because she was sleep portion sizes are horrible for the price that you pay you pay $16.17 a plate no drink included for me and two sides and you get not even enough for me to taste my husband ordered brisket sandwich and every brisket slicy had on the bread which was four slices maybe five was all fat so basically he pick all the fat off and he's probably with three slices it don't make no sense how y'all charge all this money for barbecue meat and we don't get the right portion amounts it's ridiculous I will never go there again.
Wow, what can I say besides it was horrible. Ordered 2, 3 meat platters to go. These meals are $18.95 each (without drinks) so you expect it to be decent. The entire meal was room temperature at best. We had very little brisket and a good portion of mine was just fat. The sausage tasted old and didn't look fresh. Both dinner rolls were hard and cold. My husband got onion tanglers which were a cold doughy mess. They hadn't been fried long enough and were cold to the touch. A bad experience and we won't be back.
