Corleone's Bar - Parma

Very disappointing experience, granted it was valentine’s day and everything is busy. We were sat by a door to the outside area and was constantly getting brushed by servers and constantly having a temperature change from the beaming red space heater on-top of the door to the cold breeze coming from the outside. We had the Alfredo and another pasta dish so forgettable we don’t remember what it was. The Alfredo was mushy and tasted like the stuff you get from the freezer aisle. We also had the Bruschetta which was just an extra crispy cheese pizza/flatbread, nothing like traditional bruschetta. Our server was polite, she gave us drink suggestions. but she was clearly very busy and forgot a few things. Overall, we won’t be back.

Excellent food. Outstanding taste, size and quality. The bread and oil was so good. The wine was delicious and our whole experience was nothing but the best.

Corleone's is one of my favorite restaurants in Parma. Normally I eat at the bar, and all three bartenders are excellent. There were three of us dining in the lounge at a table last night. Juan was our server and was outstanding! He was attentive and extremely personable. I was quite surprised when he told us he had only been waiting tables since June. He has the knack and adds a nice touch to Corleone's.

What a great dinner!!!!! Service was excellent as well. Had a few bad experiences over the last year. But it’s our favorite place to eat so we keep going. Have seen a huge upgrade over the last few months. Happier than ever to eat here

Wonderful dinner. Delicious food. Restaurant was a little on the noisier side. That is only an observation, as it certainly was no bother to us.
