Blue Ginger Asian Bistro - Parma

This place is a hidden gem. Turned off in a strip of mall, but beautiful decoration and atmosphere inside. The Sushi and Sashimi are great and so are their regular records. Very recommended!

I used to give this place 5 stars, but sometime in the past year or so the quality of their sushi has become hit or miss. Sometimes it's the quality I've come to expect which is outstanding. However, it seems like half the time I order from here the sushi is pretty bad. It's more sloppily put together, doesn't taste fresh, too much rice and the rice is too sweet. They must have different chefs. If you guys are reading this, at least one of your sushi chefs is incredible. But some are not great. Sadly we've decided not to order from here again because it's too expensive to sometimes get disappointing sushi. : That being said, they have a bunch of other stuff on the menu. I haven't had a lot of it, but what I've had has been good. The service has always been great.

This is a hidden gem for some great food! I thought the prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. I forgot to take a picture of Yellow Fin Tuna, it was great. The only downside is they do not have a Sunday liquor license, so no Saké or wine. Just beer on Sunday. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Just came back again and had another great experience.

A favorite place for tasty asian food. Very tasty. The service here is above par. Bring your appetite because portions are generous.

Nice atmosphere, good sushi, reasonable prices especially on half price Mondays and Tuesdays. Friendly service as well.
