The food was good, but how does a place run out of limes and lemons?

I got street corn rice bowl with black beans and added shrimp. It was delectable! They have a large bar with spices, chillies and sauces, I didn't add anything as it was so delicious!

This place used to have much better service. It now seems to move at a glacial pace.The quality of the food seems to have gone down as well.I'm not sure what happened, besides COVID, but they're going down faster than the Titanic

I agree with Vicki, this location is starting to diminish. Wait time is SIGNIFICANTLY longer. This is the second time we have had this issue. Most owners now are dropping staff to save money. Unfortunately they lost another customer. The family next to us said the same thing.
