Sushi Ichi - Parksville

This sushi restaurant in Parksville, run by a Japanese couple, is absolutely fantastic! Despite a full house, the sole woman, most likely the wife, handled everything seamlessly - from seating, taking orders, serving, clearing and setting tables, and even answering the phone. She did it all with efficiency and a smile! The Deluxe and Assorted sushi, Shime Saba, 3 pc Ebi and Ikura nigiri, kapa making Pork tonkatsu, Chicken karaage, Ramune, and Kirin were all perfect choices for me. A truly delightful dining experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing and I wish I could eat here more often. I was only in town for two days, but if I ever return, I will definitely dine here again. Although I was a little confused when placing my order, the waitress was very nice and helped me out. I tried the Special Assorted Sushi on my first night (which was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend trying it) and the Ocean Roll on my second night. The waitress even provided a bag for me to carry my food when I arrived on my bike the second day. I wish I could bike back to the restaurant to order again, but it is a bit far. I spoke to some locals who also love eating at this restaurant, so if you're visiting, make sure to try some sushi here.

This might just be the best Katsu Don I've ever tried. The BC roll was delicious and the gyoza was excellent as well. The service was very good and the staff were friendly! Make sure to visit this place.

Some of the best Sushi in town , Been going there since Grade School . They have a great atmosphere coupled with Japanese Decor it sets the mood for a great time and they always have some lovely specials . Try the Parksville Roll

Find great parksville! it was a lively Sunday evening, although we came to close in half an hour before. we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, but that was good. many rolls to choose, large service and would come when I am in the city!
