I have never found a better gluten-free bakery than this one. It is a dedicated gluten-free facility. The carrot cake and cookies are absolutely delicious. The muffins and brownies are also excellent. They also have pre-prepared frozen meals that are tasty. My family and I visit Parksville a few times a year and I always make sure to stock up here. I wish we could buy these products in Vancouver too. Maybe someday? I hope so! Unfortunately, there is no seating available, so it is pickup only. They are not open on Fridays or weekends, so plan accordingly. However, I believe they sell their products at a couple of farmer's markets on weekends. I highly recommend this place.
