McDonald's - Park Rapids

My son spilt his shake and Aidan was Is so kind to help assist and clean up the mess. He even made my son's day by replacing the strawberry shake that he had spilled. Thank you so much.Food: 5/5

Filthy dining room, makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like. Greasy floor, food crumbs everywhere, dead bugs on the window sills, hasn't been cleaned in awhile. My food was good, husband's was too salty. First time he ever took something back. Appeared to have plenty of staff but they were hanging posters instead of cleaning which should take priority. Dirtiest Mcdonald's we have ever been to. Sadly, we may never go back to this one.

Management and staff have been incompetent for over a decade. wait times for drive thru can be up to 30 mins if you don’t drive off or ask for a refund first. Asking for a refund because they can’t get orders right even after 20 minute waits make them very angry and they threaten to call the cops on you for asking for a refund. One of their employees threatened me because he didn’t like my tone but since he wasn’t working they won’t fire him. Same experience every time I go thru the drive thru. For over 10 years now. Think about that.

A pretty disappointing McDonald's. Slow drive thru. Waited a while to get my food. Messed up my order.
