Dairy Queen - Park Rapids

Took too long with little customers there, fries were cold and soggy, and my ice cream was awkwardly warm. Ordered the sauced and tossed chicken strips, they literally threw the barbecue sauce on the chicken and called it a day. Looked like absolute ?dogwater?. I?ve had better experiences, so better Park Rapids. (And we only got 4 strips in the first basket, and 5 in the otherbasket when we ordered 6 pieces)

This is the second time we have come thru right before typical dinner time and had bad service. The first time, we ordered 2 large cherry dipped cones. We were given medium cones that were not dipped well (only about half of the ice cream was covered,and it was see through, . So we figured, meh, everyone has a bad day. So about 3 weeks later, same order, roughly same timeof day. I politely asked if we could pay extra to have them double dipped. The very rude girl working the window said ?wedon?t do that here?. ?odd. Okay no biggie. We pull up and she is so rude and just grabs the money and proceeds to give usthe cones. Both were the same as before, the dipping was so thin, the ice cream was showing though the entirething. Disappointing is an understatement. I can understand if they changed how they want to dip cones, or if they have it toowarm and it comes off too thin?but the attitude is inexcusable.

To be honest, I think this is one of the least-friendly Dairy Queen locations in Minnesota. The woman who served me seemed like she had just rolled out of bed, and her attitude was quite off-putting. I tried to keep my order simple to avoid any confusion, but I ended up having to repeat myself three times before she finally understood that I wanted a #7. I would recommend skipping this place and choosing a different location instead.

Excellent Dairy Queen! The chicken strips were really tasty. Although the $7 meal that comes with a sundae has increased in price, what hasn’t these days? It’s still a good value. Parking can be a bit tight, but it's manageable. The location is convenient—easy to find and simple to get in and out. Just be sure to enter from the easy access off Hwy 34.

I had the worst service ever. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, they claimed it was deleted and that they didn’t have it. However, the manager was able to look it up and found my order. It was so frustrating!
