Went to Applebees on 10/10/23. Seated in a booth with torn up seat, it took 10-15 minutes to get our mango strawberry drink and it was served in a broken glass. Big chip on the rim and a crack. Who doesn't notice that? Our food was over cooked. We all had a chicken entree and three were burned. One chicken entree was rubbery, inedible and very bland. We never got our spinach dip appetizer. Pasta was over cooked and falling apart. I would rate zero stars if I could. Do better Applebee's.
