So don't misunderstand me, it's a good bar yes, there's the atmosphere in fact, the toilets are fragrant but in the right direction (scent of lavender and eucalyptus) but on the other hand and great regret on my part; Barman al3x doesn't sleep for shot and I have to say it's very disappointing. That's why my grade is perfect and without reproaching 7. I've been going to The Brooklyn for almost two years now and I've never been disappointed. It's a small bar who treats their visitors like regulars and their regulars like friends. The owner is awesome; the wait-staff is friendly (and multi-lingual); the drinks are good; and the food is simple, but quality. Do not come here expecting dinner; this is not that place. While they make excellent cosmos and mixed drinks, a better idea is to get a simple drink and enjoy the company. You should expect to come here and have fun, meet some new people, and here conversations occurring in multiple languages. There's are new art exhibitions put on display every few months. And if you want a smoke, as with every other French place, you can always just step outside. This place comes highly recommended.

An affront to Brooklyn! This small dark dank hole in the wall on a back street in the center of Paris is a very unappealing place this American. Sorry we wasted the time to return on a night it was open to try it out. The moldy odor was so strong we left before ordering.
