Bidra med feedbackVisited this location while on a weekend trip from Kansas City. Food was blah and dry. Service was horrible. Had to ask for drink refills and sauce for chicken tenders. Waiter even brought us the wrong order and didn't apologize.
I have to rate this place right in the middle. Haven't got my food yet but waitress is not attentive to myself or others here. Except for the ones drinking alcohol. She does know the menu well at least the drinks. All this and she doesn't even look old enough to serve it. She walks by and sees the salsa bowl empty and asked are you doing okay? How do you reply to that? You can see the empty bowl right? So now that we've covered the service or lack of it, it's time for the food. The food was really good seasoned perfectly. The beef however was stringy and chewy. Had to spit out several bites. I will return and give them another chance, as everyone deserves a second chance. I'll try something else the next time and see how that goes.
Food was pretty good, seasoned just right.Service still needs some work.I wouldn't tell you not to go there. That said I also wouldn't tell you that you need to go here. It's middle of the road and if you're near by and hungry stop in and have a meal.
Have been to this place several times and have never had a bad experience! Great selection of delicious food, and the service is always great as well! Never have to ask for refills on drinks or chips, they are always making sure you are topped off!
In my opinion, Jacs seems likely to close once the place is sold, although I'm not entirely certain. I believe the building is on the market, or at least it was. The menu offers a wide variety of American and Mexican dishes, but the food isn’t outstanding. However, I have consistently received friendly service, and the restaurant has always been very clean, including the bathrooms.
