Always a lot of people in the queue, the service is not the most pleasant one but it is effective and the dishes sold are well made all the lacquered Ducks Pork lacquered etc are really good
Update according to the restructuring work: unlike most negative reviews we had the very good surprise to see a great improvement in the quality of the products of roasting and white rice (sayed duck 5 perfumes, siu tank and crunchy pork). So great experience! Rôtisserie very good although prices have increased considerably in recent years. Vegetables on the catering side however are soft and insipid, to avoid. However, we always return for the lacquered duck, pipa, siu tank and lacquered pork!
Nice that Tang gourmet is reopening but where are our little dishes before? The lacquered duck is at the rendezvous but not the Chinese cabbage with black mushrooms or the vermicelles of Singapore.... no noodles tonight, no spring rolls. The reception is always as pleasant but do not disappoint your guests resume your dishes before.
I expected the reopening, and frankly, very nice restaurant. A radical change. However, the level quality tastes, I think it's not that yet, we'll say it's the opening. First we got wrong on my order I wanted Thai rice and I remembered with Thai pasta, my meal was burned and I saw 5 mini shrimps. Before we bought the dish with crispy chicken and lacquered pork it was a visual and gustative delight. Well, that's not good. And to finish the price we're up. Well, I'll be back in a few months to see if you've taken it back. Otherwise the top restaurant
