I would never have dared to eat caviar on my hand, but, as tradition wants, I did. sublime, this caviar. Tonight, we took the tasting menu: we enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. the crab, the famous potato in the caviar, the turbo cooked at low temperature, the tender and creamy calf. the master of the hall was able to advise us of the wine that we all had to taste all of this.The staff is welcoming and understanding, he knows all the caviars very well and know how to put the water in the mouth. The scenery, bright red, is surprising but we do it because the room is well arranged and intimate. The addition is reasonable for a meal of this quality.Break, very much next time.
It's for me one of the best meals I've been able to make from the top of my 40s. I love and I'm going back to it as possible, thank you for this quality of work
