Nice establishment, the experience was excellent. Service is good, food too

I've already come several times and booked December 23 at noon. Sauerkrauts are good but desserts are frankly disappointing and I make this reflection every time. So next time, I'll spend the dessert especially given the price and the bad quality. On the other hand, the service was very slow: our table neighbours arrived after us were served before and left well in front of us. We were, however, two like them, and we ordered almost the same dishes. We felt forgotten. We stayed over two hours just for a dish and a dessert. When I ended up asking for the dessert card, the waiter was waiting there and answering me dry so I felt very uncomfortable. I spoke politely to her, and I had waited very long before I dared to ask her if we could have the dessert card. Being received like that doesn't make you want to come. Yet every year I take a subscription to the opera and I always come to eat in this brewery when I go to a show but frankly it is necessary to review the quality of the desserts as well as the way to speak to the customers who, in addition, apply with respect.

Experience upstairs on 25/12 at night. Complete server to pick up, kill, bad service... I thought this place was ensuring a certain quality. I don't advise.
