Starbucks - Paramus

Loved the Starbucks, food was great and latte. Actually requested a Macchiato but everything was great.

Ordered ahead of time . I was quite busy and needed to grab em asap. Unfortunately, my drink was not ready and the place was packed. I asked one of the workers I believe the name Laika or laila, I could be wrong) if she can help, and yep , she delivered right away ... nothing crazy just hospitality

Garden State Plaza staff a little sluggish taking orders, but food was hot and order was correct. Good experience overall.

To be honest, the service here is far too slow—excessively slow. You end up waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, which is not what you expect from a fast food spot. It's called "fast" for a reason. If you're at the mall and craving Starbucks, it's just not worth the wait. You'd be better off stopping by a Starbucks on your way home after the mall. Honestly, they should consider opening another Starbucks in the mall, because this one just isn't meeting the mark.
