Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Paramount

Great spot for Hawaiian BBQ in Paramount. The establishment itself is very clean and the food quality was great! However, service was a bit slow. It did take nearly 25 minutes for our food to be ready. So don't come here if you're in a rush!

The food is not bad but not amazing, my only complaint was... the employees, if they don't like working here, please don't take it with the customers. They really need to find a different job.

Came here today, I enjoyed the food, but we served with a bag, once a white person came here they got a tray for they food, tell me if that's not racist, why is it that I saw all the Mexican race bags while all the white people got a tray plater

Came a while back and they messed up my order. When I got home food was missing. Called the store and spoke to someone and they supposedly wrote my name down so I can get credit next time I come by. Stopped by today and my info magically disappeared. The cashier took my order and told the manager about the credit. But failed to inform me that the food hadn't started being made yet. They said food can't be maid unless paid for. Would be helpful to tell the customer that from the beginning. Now spend over 30mins waiting for food. Manager is very rude.
