Bidra med feedbackRickt bhai, Pathetic service I have ever experienced by one of your employ 10 min ago ....guy should quit if he doesn't like working ...he not listening and doesn't know how to use coupons ..... he took 8.99 meal coupon and charged me 12.99 . When I asked him why did he charged so much...he is saying coupon is expired and lying....the old lady with him is also stupid....instead of checking the coupon she is helping the guy.....
My sandwich and veggie pizza are super tasty. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
The ONLY reason I even went to Subway was because I had a coupon, A BOGO free footlong. After making our sandwiches, they said we could not use the coupon. They said that the sweet onion sauce isn't included in that deal, I told her that it was not in the fine print, and she said the owner doesn't allow it. She started listing off things that are not included in the BOGO deal. I could tell she was just making stuff up. I should've told her to keep the sandwiches and I'd go elsewhere. $25 for 2 sandwiches...seriously?!?I will never be back.
If I owned this subway, I would be embarrassed. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30. It wasn’t, no big deal. They weren’t busy at all, at least only 1 other potential customer in the parking lot and they were in their vehicle. Our sandwiches were extremely messy, we had to wipe them down just to hold them, and they barely had any meat. The sandwiches are too expensive, especially since the subways in Paragould refuse to take coupons, to end up with what is essentially saucy bread. The other one up the road isn’t a whole lot better but at least there is meat on the sandwiches when ordered.
I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was probably the worst takeout order I have ever experienced. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and the young man that took our order was very rude. We pulled up to pay and he snatched the card out of my husband's hand and slammed the window. Then, after waiting 30 minutes we finally get our two subs. We were the only people in line and there was no one in the store for it to have taken that long. Finally, the young man handed us our bag without a word and again slammed the window. My husband and I got home and both are subs we're not made correctly. I can understand if the young man was having a bad day but I myself have also worked in customer service and that was just unacceptable behavior. We went back to get our order replaced and even though we had the receipt and the food in the bag, they refused to replace it.
