El Delfin Dorado - Paracas

We chose El Delfín Dorado for the Trip Advisor emblem on the building. The waterfront has numerous restaurants! Probably 40 open for lunch, but less than half open for dinner. We passed our hotel after lunch. We try local food and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Besides, it had most people to eat whatever a good sign I think. We were promptly greeted a very nice young man, Omar was waiting for us. He was so lovely! He asked where we were from and had a great interest in what we eat in Alaska. We asked to order a recommendation and we took his advice! We're so glad we made it! It was the Paracas version of Surf Turf! Shrimp, scallops, beef with a beautiful sauce. Food was wonderful service was great! Thank you, Omar.

Excellent service, very rich, highly recommended, I would certainly return to this place to have a good time with family, friends etc very tasty all truth
