Bidra med feedbackI could see that many customers were waiting for their orders, and I know it only takes three minutes to cook wings since I've worked both the front and back of the house at two much busier Buffalo Wild Wings locations. It was ridiculous to see them bringing random food out, resulting in nobody dining together. After waiting for 40 minutes, the waitress finally returned and said she would go back to make our food. Honestly, words can’t describe how terrible this experience was. Don't waste your time or money here.
Once we finally sat down at a table that didn't look very clean, I asked the waitress to wipe it down, but she insisted it had just been cleaned. Despite her assurance, it still appeared dirty, so I requested a thorough cleaning again. Then, she directed us to scan a QR code on the table to view the menu. When I inquired whether physical menus were available since we had older members in our group who weren’t tech-savvy, the staff was resistant to provide them. I explained that not everyone owns a smartphone or knows how to use one, which prompted a delay of at least 10 minutes before a waitress finally took our drink orders. To make matters worse, the staff prioritized serving two smaller groups that had arrived after us before even asking us what we wanted to drink. Once we placed our drink orders, we waited another 10 to 20 minutes for them to arrive. By then, I felt compelled to push for our food orders since it was taking so long. Our meals took at least 20 minutes to arrive after ordering, which is typical for a group of our size. Out of five different meals and an order of 30 chicken wings, the wings were the only item served hot. The rest of our meals were either cold or simply tasted terrible. I ended up spending $130 on this meal, and I don’t plan to return. I believe in giving good tips when they are deserved, but I don’t tip just because it’s expected. To sum up our experience at this disappointing restaurant, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Also, as a side note, they only provided pre-packaged plastic utensils, which we received only after I asked for cutlery.
I haven't been with buffalo wild wings for many years. I never had a bad experience there, but this last time was particularly beautiful. the food quality was very good and the service was excellent. my son got a burger with cheese curds as the side, and they gave him a very generous part of the curds until he couldn't finish his burger. as his father I am not plagued with such borders.
After 25 minutes ignorant sitting in the bar, it just went out. no manager was visible at all, but the one server in the bar area refused to mark down as he focused on flirting with the table of teenage girls and with his friends at another chat. event was between 12:15 12:45 5/24/2022; Bar area service refr had curly haare and a series of high school friends apparently from the school dining room in which more interest in business customers. absolutely venerable service. workers typically have an hour or a little more to lunch. they make one fall and go instead to the red robin next door. we sat immediately, the orderings instantly, drinks within a minute and our sandwiches within five. we have been constantly checked for everything we want, more pommes, beverage refills, etc. first-class. bww, you have failed at your job. Restaurants have to stop accusing the economy, the supply chain, brandon, high wage expectations, etc. if red robin can rock it, you can.
We ordered on Thursday evening and were told to get the Thursday BOGO deal we had to order over the phone. Online it states you can choose up to 8 of the ranch, bleu cheese, celery, carrots and they continued to tell me I could only have 4. We received two ranch containers with them each barely being half filled. It is very difficult to enjoy wings when you don't have enough to dip them into. We also ordered the ultimate nachos and received them with no meat and barely any toppings on them. It was as if we were basically eating overpriced chips. Not impressed and will not be returning in the near future.
