Hardee's - Panama City

I visited Hardee's in Lynn Haven today, August 18th at 8:10 in the morning and was very displeased with the service. My total came to $10 and some change, and I paid with a $20 bill. They only gave me 53 cents back, so I asked for the rest of my change. The manager came over with a bad attitude, acting as though I had inconvenienced them by paying with a $10 bill instead. After some confusion, they finally brought me back $10 instead of the correct amount of $9. I decided to let it go and left, only to discover that part of my order was missing when I got home. I do not have time to go back and deal with the manager's attitude, so I will not be returning. This was my first bad experience at this location, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. The way they spoke to their employees in front of me was unprofessional, and they need to reevaluate their management. Overall, the experience was frustrating enough for me to avoid going back.

There was a promotion where you could get 2 ham and cheese sandwiches for $5. My mother and I wanted to take advantage of this deal, but when I got to the window and mentioned that my total should only be $10 for the 2 sandwiches, the employee insisted it was $15. I pointed out the sign advertising the 2 for $5 deal, but she refused to honor it. She even made excuses about not having all the promotional items in stock. Eventually, she took down the sign but still did not give us the deal, despite me showing her the advertisement. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast ladies are a glorious site every morning thank you ladies for your support and kindness

My onion rings were fresh and hot. My chicken sandwich not so much. My chicken had been refried and was dry and tough. It was so dark I thought they had given me a hamburger. Been ages since I ate at Hardee's and will be again if ever

They may want to think about changing their hours of operation. I was there this morning 15 minutes after they “opened” and waited 5+ minutes at the drive through, and even tried to get someone’s attention at the window. No one would take my order or even acknowledge my presence.
