Papa Johns Pizza - Panama City Beach

Waiting time was estimated at 95 minutes, but was more like a great friendly service and pizza was delicious!

Order my pizza. Delivery was really fast. The sweet delivery driver, Alex, repeated my order back to me and I said that was right. I came in and open my pizza and I lacked an ingredient. I called the store and talked to Mike, he was super nice and gave me options to choose from and I decided to remake for her. Mike even threw in a free sweet treat for the inconvenience he didn't have to, but I guess he even offered to do this. He said they would regain it immediately and send it out! Stacie was my next van and she was just as sweet. She made sure that I also had napkins and spice packs. I tried to return the other pizza, but she said no that the other one would also keep for me. Although I had a wrong order, they went beyond and beyond to fix it. Customer service is amazing!!! Thank you.

Was very annoyed in the way this business deals there orders, could not seem to get any order right, but received a call from Danielle tonight, the manager was very professional and promised she would solve the problems. Four stars for professional resolution. Thank you Danielle.
