Ihop - Panama City Beach

Do not order delivery from the ihop app the driver does not get the tips

Came in on a Sunday morning at 10:25am. I just wanted a seat for myself. 2 couples were allowed ahead of me that came in after me. Once I was seated roughly 10 minutes after arrival the server wouldn't allow me to order my food to eat in but in a togo box. Instead she scoffed at me and told me if I wanted togo food to get back to the front desk. I wanted to eat in and enjoy a meal alone, not take my food togo but I didn't want to be treated poorly. So I did leave the booth and return to the front desk to order my food which was only 1 strawberry cream biscuit. This order took roughly 20 minutes. The servers name was Ashley. Dark black, long hair. I don't know if she treated me as such due to being 38 weeks pregnant or thinking I wouldn't tip her but I hate that I'm not comfortable coming back now because of her.

The food was good but they were taking around 20-30 minutes to serve the order. Except that everything was fine. I'm in love with their Hot Chocolate ?

Extremely unhappy with the service...has waited for more than 45 minutes to eat. grund for short staff. if you're driving a chain like that. all these are out of date or they should have informed us in advance. even after we had waited so long, we had a wrong job. the full buttermilk pancake instead of the 55 pancake. when she mentioned on the server, she would give it free, but instead of releasing, we were pancakes for the full buttermilk. I had to ask for adjustment of the prices, and $3 was adjusted and then I insisted on talking to manager, but she was busy in the kitchen and finally when she came and I told her everything. she didn't show any regret at all. she just wanted to go back to the kitchen as soon as possible. extremely bad experience
