Coffee sucked big time and the reason I took the stars away. The latte didn't have no foam on top at all! It tasted ok too. Also, I asked for a regular and they gave me a large and charged me a large probably because she didn't understand English. A lot of tourists coming to the shop, maybe the owner should invest in getting them to learn some English. It'll be good for the business). People are really nice here. I do not really know how I was unaware of the second floor during my first couple of visits. If you are in the Balboa area, this is a great location to get some work done and enjoy franchise quality coffee

Good service. Yesterday I had Carmelo and today I had Chai Latte. Both times very good.
