Excellent Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Panama City. Easy to get to walking, near many of the hotels and shops. We ordered the Pho, Shrimp Fresh Rolls, and Octopus (fried) all were very good, as were the juices/teas. Prices are reasonable. Portion sizes are huge! And the food is legit Vietnamese not some Central American variant. Highly recommend.

It is decent asian fusion food, with a hint of Vietnamese flavors. The nước mắm was very sweet, and it did not seem to have been used in the cooking of the dishes. I am sure that is to make it more palatable to the local clientele, but it makes it seem like it is not actually Vietnamese. The best I can describe it is asian fusion.

I typically do not write reviews, but in this case I couldn’t help, but to do so. I frequently like to try different restaurants in various cities when traveling. However this has been by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely slow, rude and the were literally ignored. And once we discovered that there were cockroaches running around in the dining area, we had seen enough. Sen Vietnam Restaurant. Never again!!!

Loved this place. Food was delicious. I'm taking guests next time.
