Written by 12 years old Rehaan words can not describe how blown away I was in this restaurant! The restaurant seating is very comfortable, with large padded armchairs and has a good view of the sea. All employees were friendly and helpful, like our waiters Joseph and Abin and the cook Darwan (DS Rawat). They checked us constantly, asked if we like the food, etc. and we felt very appreciated in the restaurant. Now on the food it was just spectacular. As a vegetarian, I was impressed by many veg options, and there were even 5 veg sushis! I had my first sushi here in this restaurant and I was nothing less surprised. Another dish that really impressed me was the Friedeeis a coconut in a bowl of fried muesli. It actually looked like a coconut and was as unique as nothing I had before. The chefs here know their food very well. It is a bit on the expensive side, but this is not much of a problem considering the delicious flavors, beautiful presentation and friendly staff. Since we lived in another place and the back entrance was closed, we had to run in a Loonng circuit and go through the main entrance to go to the restaurant, but it was worth 100%. The cook even had a nice conversation with us and we took a photo with him. The next time is definitely coming!

Wonderful place special pool bar is very nice place food and cocktails was made by Himanshu and service by Joseph very good and Chef Darwan Singh Rohat is very happy person who he felt so special and he treats us very beautiful Dimsum and Sushi was very good Thank you.

Very good experience in the great Hyatt Goa Pool Bar Food was very tasty especially sushi from sushi and more team Mumbai and dim-sum was very well suggested by Koch Darwan Singh Rohat was suggesting us very tasty dim-sum cook was very gentle and nice to speak happy person I enjoyed much it must try if you plan to goa trip
