Baskin-robbins - Palos Heights

VERY disappointed. Stopped in about 7:15 pm on 6/9/22. OPEN sign turned on. Hours posted till 11 pm store doors locked. Two workers Inside. Ignored us. Went through the drive, young lady asked for our order: 1 qt of jamoca almond fudge and 1 qt of pistachio ”sorry we don’t have any”. Wth!! So upsetting that these 2 just didn’t want customers. We went to another store and bought our quarts plus more. Manager/owner, I hope you are aware.

Certainly no longer 31 flavors, maybe 10-12. If you can't eat chocolate or nuts, you are out of luck. I can't eat strawberries either. Ordered a caramel milk shake. They forgot the caramel, but added ice!

The staff is consistently friendly, the service is quick, and the frozen custard is simply delicious. Occasionally, there may be a slight wait, but I've never found it to be too long. While it is a bit pricier than grocery store ice cream, it's a fantastic treat every now and then.

Amazing spot with a wide variety of ice cream flavors! The place is very clean and welcoming, whether you're visiting with kids, family, or friends.

They close at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:50 PM, they wouldn’t take my order. What's the point of having set hours if you're not going to serve customers during that time? I went out of my way to visit this Dunkin', and it was really disappointing.
