Bidra med feedbackThis is a very bad joke. I needed to ask for a refund on my first order and reorder the same foccacia to be delivered. Instead of giving me a new fresh item, they sent the same they did not deliver, and OPEN! This is exactly how the order was delivered. No bag, no seal, and was in the ground in front of my door.
The coffee I received was cold and only filled to the height of a smaller size, even though I ordered a grande. It seemed like they just used a grande cup without actually filling it properly. Additionally, they forgot one item from my order. If you're considering ordering from this place, I recommend doing it yourself. They seem poorly prepared for both delivery and pick-up.
I usually place my order almost every morning, but I don't understand why sometimes my drink isn't covered and the bag is barely taped, making the bagels visible. Some days, everything is packaged perfectly, with the drink sealed with a sticker. I assume it's just different staff members on different days. Please ensure that the bag is properly sealed and that the drink is at least covered with a sticker. Thank you!
I ordered iced coffee twice, and both times it arrived warm and without any ice.
