Jamba - Palo Alto

My first time coming here and I loved what we ordered. My new favorite drink is definitely peanut butter moo?d even though a medium drink is 720 calories. Worth it.

Just like every other Jamba spot, the Jamba at Palo Alto's Town Country can get a lot of people during lunch time and afternoons, especially on hot weekends. But the service and Jamba here is still good.

I enjoyed a Jamba Juice after my surgery at Stanford Medical Center.

Why is the phone not answering? Could someone please call me back? I have a question about my pickup order for September 9, 2022, at 4:30 PM. Thank you!

She walked away, took one drink out, and went to the back to get the sandwich. Then she started making what I assumed was my second drink. I was running late for work, which is my responsibility, but I had placed my order ahead of time with a specific pickup time, expecting my order to be ready then. Frustrated, I raised my voice slightly to get her attention and asked, "Are you making the drink?" She replied yes, but by that point, I was already unhappy with the situation. The lack of communication with customers was disappointing, so I told her that I didn’t have time and requested a refund. She said it would be quicker to make the drink, but I didn't want to be there any longer since the customer service was lacking. I decided to leave and said, "Forget it." As I walked out, I heard the staff member mumble, "I guess you can't get your refund?" followed by laughter between the staff and her friend. Are you kidding? What kind of customer service is that? I went back inside and told them they had terrible customer service, to which the staff member replied, "Then don't come back." Wow! Incredible! I can assure you I won’t be returning. With everything going on in the world, the least we can do is show kindness, respect, and effective communication, but it seems we all fell short. Management, please contact me regarding my refund. Thank you!
