Chef Julien did an incredible job with the dairy-free carrot cake we requested. My partner is unable to have any milk products, and making a carrot cake without milk ingredients like cream or cream cheese frosting can be quite challenging. We also asked for it to not be overly sweet, as many places tend to add too much sugar to their desserts. Chef Julien assured us that he prefers just the right amount of sweetness in his desserts, and he definitely delivered. The cake was perfectly sweet, moist, and frosted just right. He even included white, purple, and orange carrots, which added a creative touch to the presentation. My partner declared it the best carrot cake he’d ever tasted—it was absolutely delicious! We hired Chef Julien to cater for our work colleagues, and he was absolutely fantastic. There were plenty of options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and the food was outstanding—every guest complimented him on the meal. The service was excellent as well; they left our house spotless. This made hosting a large group so much easier. It added the perfect French touch for all our guests!
This restaurant is one of my top picks! The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the staff is consistently friendly.
