Subway - PALMYRA

Ordered mobile order from work went there at around 7 seemed to be closed lights were off subway app said it was ready for pickup already charged for the food that I?m unable to pickup since they closed early for some reason probably an honest mistakebut this review will stay up until I get my money back since they did not announce that they were closing early and I still gotcharged

Went in for two subs the one sub hardly had hot sauce on.the guy that waited on us was very unprofessional made comments that shouldn't have been made! Made me feel very uncomfortable then we ordered a large soda and had black stuff floating in it.wentto ask for my money back and he said it was because of how much it was used that day which is a complete lie I was a manager atsubway it only happens when you don't clean it on a daily basis! Will never come to this one again if I even go to subway againhe ruined it for me. You don't talk sexual to a customer period. Doesn't belong working there at all

I used to go here alot an they would take the fundraiser coupons before. My sister used some there the other day an even spoke with the manger who stated they still accept them. Today i go to use one of mine an was told they do not take them. There was nomanger there either with a couple of employeess who weren't fully trained. They had one trainer there an one in training was hissecond day an had no idea what he was doing an the trainer wasn't even helping him until after he screwed up an put way moreextras on mine than i wanted. iThen i was getting charged for all the extra extras i didn't even want. This was my worstexperience there an will be my last!!! This location has just lost a few customers today.

We are from out of town, I don't appreciate how they did my food. I got a steak and cheese wrap. There was hardly any meat, no cheese, onions were huge not cut correctly. Couldn't taste my food due to all the damn pepper on it. The wrap was old and my wrap wasn't even rolled. It was folded over and then wrapped in the Paper. Do better. Service: Take out

All I can say is this is one of the best subways I’ve been too in terms of staff came in with an e gift card and we couldn’t get it to scan and honestly I was having a rough week needed that gift card to feed myself and my fiancé after work well the man and women behind the counter patiently got me figured out and out the door very kind and generous people Service: Take out
