Genoa Pizza - PALMYRA

Love the thin crust!! And something special about their mozzarella plenty used and delicious!

We love their pizza, delivery is nice and the drivers are always very polite.

Great food. All star staff. Deliveries are always on time and food is always delicious.

Terrible customer service. Ordered from the Palmyra location last night because we thought the new Mukwonago location might be very busy. I ordered 2 dinners, 2 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. My husband went to pick up the order. One dinner was missing, so he walked back in and said one was missing. The person working there said he was the one who took the order and I did not order any ravioli dinner. Yes, I did. Instead of saying Oh, I must not have heard her or sorry, I misunderstood , what my husband got was YOU screwed up. After all that, the pizzas were only OK, the spaghetti dinner had very watery sauce, and the garlic breads were cold and soggy, with hardly any seasoning flavor, made with sandwich rolls. Sorry, will never order from Genoa again.

This is their “Buffalo chicken pizza”The cheese is absolutely disgusting and they for sure use can chicken. I’ve never been the one to complain but this is absolutely disgusting.
