Bidra med feedbackMy experience this morning was awful... Poor customer service. Are people even trained in customer service anymore?I pull up to the window and ask for my latte to be filled to the top, before I could finish this employee rudely talks to me in a child like manner and says I can not fill it to the top because she could get sued and she does not have time or money to get sued. By this time I pulled off because I don’t have time to talk to people who cannot effectively communicate.As a business owner I understand about being sued. What I was trying to explain before I was rudely interrupted is that when I get my small latte by the time the bubbles settle my cup is half way full. It is not near the line inside the cup. If I am paying $5 for a latte I expect it to be full and great customer service.Dunkin in Lake Monticello does not meet my expectations . To all my staff and fellow co-workers DO NOT go to this Dunkin by Lake Monticello we work too hard for poor customer service!
What a mess and the only show in town. Asked for a dozen glazed for my office and got back with 10 stale glazed and 2 filled somethings. Also, ordered a sausage and egg english muffin and it had cheese on it and ordered two icing filled donuts with powered sugar and got 2 bavarians with pudding filling and chocolate on top and an extra ???? filled, guess that is the answer to not having what you want and just giving you something. So I would advise checking your orders if you must go there. Also, one staffer started waiting on us and never spoke a word, then a man came to finish up and that is when we explained what was missing and was asked if we would settle for the bavarians. Pitiful !!!
Not five minutes ago I ordered from the trip through. it took 5 minutes to order and several repetitions on what I wanted 2 med caramel lattes 1 with extra shot expresso simi sweet with pfeffer cream the other one med caramel latte extra sweet we got 0 sweet and 0 caramel and the dame in the window was in the grunde say we had for 4 or 5 sugars first one in sorry would go a long way we were patient and friendly to her he was new, so we were just nice. but please don't treat their customers like that!
Under new management. So apparently new owners have taken over. And as a regular customer I expected some growing pains during the transition which there were some and continues to be (i.e. the lobby is closed, drive thru only) but, this is the longest stretch with them that I've had with no complaints. The coffee has been made right (they never could get the sugar machine to work right, now it seemingly works well). The staff genuinely seems to be taking customer service seriously. As a lifelong customer of Dunkin' I am happy with the direction things are going and have been finding myself making more trips. Best wishes to the new owners and after the transitional growing pains, I'll be happy to come back to give the 5 star review.
Do not expect to wait less than 25 minutes in the drive-thru. It is absolutely unacceptable! My pesto tomato sandwich was soggy and missing the roasted tomatoes. I don't understand why I keep coming back, hoping for improvement. After years of disappointing experiences, I think I am finally giving up on this place.
