Bidra med feedbackI was satisfied with the food ordered with the exception of the hot wings. They had very little taste and not even a hint of hot sauce. Disappointed!
That's the worst thing I ever ordered. Always a problem with this place and you never get the free pizza promised by the last screw. This time was the last straw. The food lasted 47 minutes to come here and was cold. The chicken was raw or rotten cause when my wife came into her a bit of a red liquid that almost let her throw up. (picture attached) Manager Xamoria refuses to speak English to you when there is a problem, but every other time she speaks well. The staff is rude, untrained and is constantly busy with their dirty phones. Frankly, I don't know how this place can still be open. Stop!
I should have read the reviews before ordering. Terrible. I got a text that my order was on its way. 50 minutes later when it still wasn?t here I called. Now keep in mind I live a three minute drive from the store. First person on the phone said there was a problem with the system. Then he told me that they were short on drivers, which according to the other reviews seems to be their go to BS response whenever anyone complains. So, which one was it? Obviously both realize. I had already tipped 20% online when I ordered. Huge mistake. I guess once they see the tip they don?t really care about you since they already have your money. One order finally arrived the driver, Karla, had a huge attitude and didn?t even speak English which is entirely another issue. On acceptable. This is America. Your employees need to speak English. The pizza was cold and gross. Obviously sitting in the car way too long. I will definitely never be ordering from here again and will spread the word to all my friends and family and post negative reviews everywhere I can about this location. I will be calling Papa from now on. He never disappoints
If u live in a particular place, they will not be the delivery, only Becuz 3 or 4 years back a rider stolen from there SMH! The things that have changed this area now have security. ?
Messed up my order by sending the wrong pizza, called the driver letting them know they sent the wrong pizza and says they'll be back at the store in 10 minutes to get us our correct pizza. After about 40 minutes I have to drive to the store while being onhold with the store to ask about my order and ask for a refund. I get told no to a refund because just one pizza is incorrect.The driver lied and said that I had no issue with the incorrect pizza when I called. The manager Jennifer did not care that thedriver messed up my order and did not want to take any accountability.
