Unprofessional and very rude, after a complaint about the food I had ordered I was ignored and wasn't even offered any substitute, very poor to say the least bring back the old cook atleast she was polite and explained what was in the food let alone knew how to cook and bring back the other manager instead of the one who does not know how to speak English properly let alone does not know how to do customer service WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYMORE FOOD WITHOUT A FULL EXPLAINATION OF WHAT IT IS FIRST!!!!!! and good luck with service anyone!!

We went on a Thursday for dinner. Was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. A nice atmosphere, although can't comment about busier times. Food was definitely a quantity over quality approach we both left feeling very well fed, but the cuts of steak were a bit on the chewy side, but still tasted nice.

Very crap waited over 45 minutes for breakfast with my family I got mine my partner got half of hers and then she got the rest of hers and the rest of my family got theres bout 20 min after when we told staff we weren't happy they didn't care and just walked away we won't be going back that's for sure

It was a terrible time going to a gig there on a weekend I had with friends the glasses were dirty and the booze expensive after paying to get into the venue. The toilets were an eye sore as upon entering there was vomit all over the handicapped toilet and in the ladies room one had been blocked with loo paper and the other only available one didn't lock, there was no soap either and the night had just begun. As I told the staff they didn't do anything about it so after the band set we left. Won't be returning unless I hear otherwise that it has made a definite turn around.
