Big Al's Pizza - Palmdale

Once the teig was a little hard, but almost all the time I go there the pizza tastes great, with lots of toppings and I get my pizza in about 20 minutes. I have a good rapport with the writing youngs and gals and if I have a special question about my pizza, they take care of it well. for a local provider the prices are in agreement with all others.

They slow down, they are expensive. if they want to eat, they don't go there thru a running gear thru is faster! trust me. I waited an hour and a half for a burger?

Poor customer service food was food nothing special was very hungry or wouldn't have stopped there. Had frozen pizza that was way better. Just improve on the customer service a little then I had to ask if that was my pizza that was sitting there for over 5 min's she said she didn't realize it was mine. I told her I'm the only one here who's else would it be. Just ride busy on phone to care about her guest.

I like the pizza but the customer service sucks they are pretty rude and they take forever. Sometimes the phone is busy for hours and has me thinking they leave the phone off thw hook on purpose.

Good pizza. Friendly staff. I like the jalapeño and chicken pizza. Sometimes the bottom of the pizza is a little dark, but if you ask the staff to pull it before it is overcooked they will. I won’t dock a star for that because I want to support local businesses. But might I ask for the return of the wet burrito?
