Brickworks American Bistro Pizza

Hosted tried to sit in the back, although several open tables through the windows. I had a reservation, no walk. we have refuted and then got a decent table. drinks were overpriced and eating was moderate. you can do better.

Eating at brickworks is consistently good. the service is efficient without being intrusive. the croutons for the salad need work, they were a bit soggy

The lobster and ricotta pizza was boiled. need a few more minutes to scatter

They closed before we arrived and the manager shouted for us to leave. It was a bad experience.

Assume it’s post-pandemic issues but the service was as poor as it gets and very slow…not good if you have kids. Value was reasonable for the quality of food.
