Publix Super Market At Shoppes At Boot Ranch

There's no grocery store that tops Publix. Stores are impeccably clean and the employee's are great. The Boot Ranch and Northwood Plaza locations has without the best Pharmacy's anywhere!

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Why are they sending texts saying the prescription is ready when it isn’t. Already made three trips to the store and still saying come back later. Going back to my store in Tampa, where there has never been a problem with the pharmacy. It’s actually worth the drive.

Leaving this review hoping somebody who cares might look into it cause customer service did not care Let me start by saying I’ve been going to Publix’s my whole life and this one for about 4 years when I moved right down the street, only issue I ever had was the liquor store employee was very rude but you know it happens, the real issue I am bringing up is the current raw chicken issues I have been having. I don’t know if meat management has changed or what but the last 4/5 raw chicken packs publix brand that I have gotten have all been either rotten or just terrible quality. They were out of the normal chicken one day so I had to go green wise, got home opened the pack and behind the Chicken in the package was the biggest chunk of fat, cartilage and blood clots I have ever seen when buying meat it weighed more than half the packaging, called up to see if I could return it and was greeted with a no perishable products can be returned, isn’t that almost the entire store? When I look online at your website it says if I’m not compete satisfied I can make a return and It’s not like I ate some and tried to return it, it was un edible. Went back few days later for there normal chicken get home open up and boom instant rot smell, I guess call me insane because I went a few days later again and boom same issues rotting chicken. The use by date on both of them was 4 days away. So I took a few week break from buying any meat from Publix but today I wanted some chicken so I said no way will it happened again, get home chicken smells fine cook it up, it was straight rubber I literally couldn’t chew it up and swallow. I’ve been cooking chicken for years and never had anything like this happen. I hope someone higher up sees this and does something because it seems like the meat area just doesn’t care anymore or they are not doing enough FIFO, whatever it is I will not be buying any meat from Publix for the foreseeable future or any products really as your prices have soared through the roof more than any other grocery store, it’s not fun spending a ton of money and I can’t even use my products. I use to always tell everyone I only go to Publix for meats because they are better, well guess what I’ve been buying Walmart meat for fraction of the price and it’s better quality and lasts way longer too. I do want to add that this rating is only coming from the meat issues the employees at this location are awesome, deli people are always fast and the food from there is always top quality, also I wish I knew his name but the main sushi guy is legit, he’s always back there grinding out sushi like a pro and it’s always presented and taste great!

Large, immaculate, organized, well stocked, modern store in the heart of East Lake. Very popular store. The store is extremely clean and always well organized. There is never any clutter nor debris in the aisles. Well stocked and organized inventory. It is unlikely you'll ever find a cleaner grocery store. This store is larger than the average Publix store location. In fact, I've been told this is the largest store in the entire Publix chain not 100% sure about this fact . Due to its large size, you will find everything you need and expect from a Publix store. This location also includes a full service bakery I highly recommend the Carmel icing for birthday cakes! , deli, butcher, and floweral department. The checkout staff is always very friendly and efficient. Bakery associates extremely nice and helpful. Stocking personnel are somewhat indifferent and aloof. The parking is plentiful, with very easy access to East Lake Road and Tampa Road. Consistent with the Publix brand, pricing is higher than local competitors. If you desire a pleasant, safe, organized and clean shopping experience, you will love this Publix location! UPDATE 07/31/2023: Extremely nice store. Immaculate!! Well stocked. Pleasant atmosphere. I had an extremely pleasant shopping experience today. My favorite cashier, Sochia, was my check out assistant. Always a joy when I check out with Sochia! UPDATE JUNE 10TH 2024: Another excellent, pleasant shopping experience! This store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE!! Well-maintained and well stocked. Of course, my favorite part of my trip; Sophia!! Store is great. If you can't find something in a different store you can find it at Publix. Staff are caring and genuine
