Wildest Restaurant Bar - Palm Desert

Heard a lot of rave reviews about this restaurant and finally made it here. Outstanding food and presentation. Definitely not same old, same old. The absolutely best ahi tuna I have ever tasted. Extremely generous portions and some entrees and salads can be easily split. You can be adventurous in your selections and not be disappointed. Dee

Our experience was dreadful. Dark and quiet like a morgue inside. Duck Tacos were horrid salty mystery meat w pickled onions. Two bites. Total gross. Completely inedible. All restaurants buy pre prepared duck confit, virtually no kitchen makes it themselves, yet this place ruined it. Free Range Chicken Scallopini hard as a rock with gloppy brown sauce “lemon caper sauce” . Mashed potatoes had weird, gritty, unpleasant texture server said she never had any complaints before, but she said she tasted and agreed. Third diner said their salmon was good, but the beans tasted like they came out of a can. Worst dining experience we’ve had in 2023! Uff!

Food preparation is innovative and beautifully presented. Portions are generous. Relaxing, modern decor. Subdued lighting. Background music.

We went for our anniversary. Their service was amazing. The Tuna Tar Tar, Shanghai Shrimp, and Filet Mignon were amazingly delicious. Our serve Jane was so professional and kind. Will definitely be coming back again. Also, thank you for our anniversary chocolate cake.

Average food and service. Staff not organized for the volume of customers. Prices on the high end for what you are served.
